The new AGM date is Sunday the 21st of March at 11:00am @ Gap View Hotel.-There is a number of positions available on the committee including secretary, president, public officer and general committee members. Please attend the AGM if your interested in joining the committee or spread the word to help us find someone that is interested in joining. We would love to have new people join and there will be lots of support for anyone new joining.-To vote at the AGM as stated in our constitution you need to be a financial member 2 weeks prior to the AGM.
