The Central Australian Drag Racing Association AGM is to be held on Sunday 5th February 2017 in the Todd Tavern Hotel jam room. Membership dues will be accepted between 1.00pm and 2.20pm. The AGM will commence at 2.30pm sharp. As per our Constitution, nominations (as detailed below) will not be taken from the floor and pre-nominations must be in writing. These may be emailed to the Secretary no later than close of business on Friday 3rd February 2017 OR handed to the Secretary between 1.00pm and 2.20pm on the day. Late nominations will not be accepted. The order of business will be: (i) the audit: presentation and acceptance of; acceptance of the Auditor for the 2017 CADRA season; any questions regarding the audit from the floor; (ii) the election and voting of: Vice President; Treasurer; Public Officer; and committee members. Membership forms, pre-nomination forms, the proposed 2017 race calendar and the CADRA Constitution (2016) will be available on the day. All members past and present and any other interested persons are urged to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
